Development Team Lead
Manage development team building custom J2EE Human Resources support web applications using WebSphere and TeamSite content management system tightly integrated with Siebel application.

    • Responsible for technical project strategy & design, defining functional requirements, code development, web page layout & graphic design, unit testing, and solution delivery
    • Other responsibilities: guide new development efforts, research new function and feature directions, support new project initiatives by providing technical evaluations, and assist with sizing and costing estimates for new proposals
    • Work directly with customer and vendors to gather business requirements, define solution scope to meet budget and delivery dates
    • Work with Project Management to inform of daily progress, alert any design issues or critical situations that will affect delivery date or quality, plan and manage resources to provide correct levels of coverage
    • Implementations include an $800 million contract with an HR services outsourcing industry leader and a $22.5 million contract with a leading health care insurance provider

Siebel Application Developer
Project lead in the design, development, and implementation of prototype of a Siebel 2000 Human Resources call center application modeled from an existing Lotus Notes system.

    • Designed and developed integral component to seamlessly integrate with external web application
